The worse hair color I have ever had. I was assigned to Ati, she did an alright job with the haircut but I highly doubt she had any expertise on hair color at all. Luckily for me I am not working right now, cause if I was I would have been fired by now. I look like a wanna be rock band member. If you do not have experience working on colors other than browns you just need to tell your customer that, rather than attempting something and ruin it all. I would have appreciated the honesty.
*The color in my opinion was washed off much earlier than it should have been
*I had never experienced anyone using blow dryer to set the color, so I don't know if that really works
*I usually expect the professional to advise me on color/cuts confidently as per their expertise which just didn't happen
*I don't understand why she kept saying the colors are semi-permanent, I suppose there are no permanent hair colors anyway
*I wanted the darker shades on my hair (which I kept repeating) but right now it's different shades of purple,green,pink in pastels on my head
Not Jackson’s fault but arrived and they had not received my booking, despite having had confirmation from Treatwell that the booking had been made. Hairdresser had gone home, very disappointed.
