Had a lovely haircut after a very long and busy week at work. Just what I needed! Yasmen gave me lots of advice about my hair and the cut was lovely.

Perfectly located near Balham station. Nice salon. Staff were great as was the service - have eye brown tint and threading and would 100% recommend.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Treatments
I had a Brazilian and Full Leg wax. Brilliant value for money. I think it would have been quicker if the beautician was a bit more assertive and confident in herself - she was very apologetic and worried about hurting me - but she did a great job so shouldn't worry! The room was small, the bed was plastic-covered and you can hear people talking in the next room, but you get what you pay for and I am very pleased with the end result. Thank you.

Blow Dry
The wrong wax was used on my eyebrows and no cream was added after the treatment resulting in a huge breakout on my skin. This has never happened before. Also, when getting my legs waxed the therapist took so long and missed half of the hair on my leg. I had to keep pointing out areas which she missed. After the treatment she tried to wash off the access wax with a wet towel. Wax does NOT come off just with water. Terrible experience
