Friendly staff and good service. The day was really hot and they kept offering me drinks. However, the room was really warm and stuffy and they could have added a fan. Nevertheless, the balayage was done nicely and I’m really pleased with the overall effect although there could have been multiple tones of brown instead of one single shade. However, the hair dresser was a bit rough at times and my hair became really tangled and she used really high heat to blow dry my hair despite my feedback that it was starting to hurt /sting my scalp. I got a haircut too and it was average. I would recommend this place if you want to do some basic trimming instead of a new haircut or styling. Overall, this place is really good value and I would come back again for a touch up!

Absolutely awful!!!! Thy refused to fix my nail after the gel can off after a few days due to the terrible quality of the product and when I went back they were so rude!! STAY AWAY! Cheap for a reason.

I had an amazing experience with Abi. When I arrived I was a bit nervous but Abi did everything to make me feel Welcome. They were quite busy, so I had to wait but that was fine with me.
Also that was my very first haircut in the uk which, but this is place is highly recommended. Good value, good haircut!
