Upon entering I thought I was in the wrong place, as the fronage just looks like a barbers which it is. But there is a sign right at the back of the shop which points you to the female section. My therapist Penka was great, she talked through what she was going to do and reminded me of each process and product and why she was doing it. She was very professional desipte the cramped conditions. Overall all good facial and good value.

The staff member who completed the treatment was super friendly and really made me feel comfortable. The treatment was very professional and thorough, would definitely go back!

Great hair cut, very experienced and helpful and friendly! The ladies area at the back needs more cleaning and organising but besides that the haircut was perfect

The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great location on Balhams busy high street but hidden at the back of the shop so quiet and cool inside. Great facial, lovely staff, shall be back again soon.
