Hair cut exactly what I asked for, got there early and got seen straight away- perfect, especially for the price!

Hair was bleached without my knowledge. Colour didn't come out as desired - had to retone it. Was then told not to wash hair for 2 days, washed it after and the colour wore out back to the undesired colour. Rang to ask if they could fix it - only to be told I would be charged as I should've rung them within two days!
