Basic service - more facilities for men's barber than woman's hairdressing. My stylist was v friendly though could have used more products in my hair.

Worst hair cut I have ever had. Firstly, the hairdresser called me on the morning of my appointment to say she had accidently booked in 2 other people at the same time as me, so I had to change the time of my appointment which was a great inconvenience to me and left me with just a half an hour slot for my haircut. Perhaps the limited time was why the cut was so bad, but I seriously doubt the training of the stylist. Despite telling me she had been cutting hair since she was 11 years old, she made some errors which I think are unacceptable. She started cutting my hair with out asking me where my parting was - when I pointed out to her that I normally had a middle part she said "it's okay I just need to get the hair to the same length on each side" - a somewhat contradictory statement seeing as the parting was completely wonky. After that discussion I assumed the stylist would go on to fix my part and cut the hair evenly but she did not. Never have I been to a hairdresser and not received a symmetrical haircut, surely this is one of the basics of hairstyling? The main reason I went for this haircut was to get my fringe trimmed - what a waste of time. The stylist failed to pull all parts of my fringe forward and I was left with strands longer than the others - having blow dried it myself today I have decided I am going to have to buy a pair of scissors and attempt to fix it myself. Do not get your haircut here, it is a waste of money and you will leave with your hair ruined.
