One thing that is slightly annoying is that I have had appointments cancelled at the last minute a couple of times now - they need more staff! The one lady is always trying to do someone else's eyebrows in between stages of my facial etc.

Such great value for money and lovely staff. They are quick and I havent found somehwere better than them. I use to paid £15 and Jacksons do a far better job

I live in the area and surely this is a cheap place you can go for a quick treatment. It was the first time I tried the manicure and I am very disappointed. It is not about the ambience or cleanliness, though they are not great- it is mainly about the manicure. I would do a better job myself, it lasted 1day! And there was so many cuticles I had to go to another manicure next weekend. She kept on saying my nails are too small and couldn't put nail polish on properly. I wouldn't go back for manicure.

The venue was rather lack lustre and didn't have the tranquility or ambience of a brelaxing eauty venue. The room was small and the facilities seemed dated and untidy. However, the therapist was professional and friendly despite the venue quality and the price of the manicure was good value for money. I don't think I will be in a hurry to rebook as the facilities were a bit of a let down.
