Oh lord. What a lack of experience. Went there just for a full bikini wax and once I got undressed the lady seemed lost and confused, like she had never done a bikini waxing before. I even called in advance to advise I have long and fine hair, to ensure they had the appropriate staff and wax to perform the job. I have done waxing for 15 years so I know when someone have at least the basic skills, which was not the case here. Once she started, she was more scared than me, kept asking if it was hurting, too hot etc, although I said several times all I wanted was to do her job and that I was feeling fine. She then didn´t know which parts she should remove the hair from, although I said clearly what I wanted. She then spilled wax in my intimate area, got very nervous, a utter mess. It was not painful but the lady was not skilled at all and I wonder why they keep these people performing something they don´t know how to do. In the end she could not remove the hairs thoroughly and I left very unsatisfied. Next time I will not mind paying more but having this treatment under the hands of someone who knows how to wax!

The full body wax didn't say what it included. I rang to ask but the therapist wasn't in so I went there and I explained to the therapist what I wanted. I had to add extra money to get what I wanted. But the therapist was very friendly, gentle, professional and helpful. The place is completely new, clan, with style. I totally recommend it. I wish it could be closer to my place.

Paid £20 for a wash, cut and blow dry which is a very good deal. Yasmen clearly knew hair very well and took the time to listen to what I wanted. Would recommend.
