The lady who cut my hair was very welcoming, she listened to exactly what I wanted and checked the length with me throughout the haircut. My hair is quite thick so she offered to thin it out for me, which has made it a lot lighter and easier to manage. Really good value for money.

The room were the waxing takes place is in the back of the salon and wasn't very clean. The treatment was flawless and I am happy with the results.
