I had a very disappointing experience. I asked to go from blonde to a chocolate brown, but the dye was left on for only about 10 minutes and washed out to an ashy colour. The haircut was worse — I requested shaping at the front, but a razor was used and it was cut very unevenly. I had to go to another salon immediately to fix both the colour and cut. I would not recommend and won’t return.
