The ladies all seem lovely, but the wash felt very rushed— i think my conditioner was in for about 5 seconds— tried to explain what i was looking for, maybe i didnt explain well, but ended up with quite the opposite. i booked a basic cut for more of a trim, some shaping, nothing too drastic. Now that i have washed it properly, cut is uneven, the layers are choppy, i specifically said i didnt want the layers at the back higher and they are. Pary was very polite but distracted and it shows.
