Another good trip for root colour. Masi was really busy (it was a Saturday afternoon) so felt a little rushed but still a great colour / blow dry.

Experience was decent. Was slightly more painful than previous sessions here, I don’t think the wax was being allowed to cool properly before pulling it off so there was a bit of repetitive tugging. However I will come again as the result was good.
