I arrived to find out my usual colourist was on holiday and I was with someone else. There were no notes on my profile so Maya didn't know the shade of toner to use and I've ended up with a hair colour I really don't love. I had a T section, with no treatment - and it took 3 hours! I was very late to get home to my dog that needed going out.
It was also my appointment before holiday and 2 very important events so I am super disappointed I left with hair that made me look worse.
