Jacksons for Hair is a great place to go, I have been going there for treatments with Shadi for a long time and always like to specifically book with her. I really trust her, she is professional, experienced and super friendly - I feel very comfortable around her and she really cares about doing a good job. Usually have a lovely result here, but sadly this wasn’t what I asked for. I wanted some more subtle balayage to help as I grow the colour out, but this is more like a full head of highlights (and a bit blocky and not very subtle at the root). Came out much too light, which Nazi kindly re-toned, but unfortunately just not what I was wanting and means I’ll have to have a retreatment sooner than planned as it won’t grow out very subtly.
But Nazi was very lovely!
