It was really easy to book the appointment. I'm new to the area and it was great to be able to book the appointment for the first week of reopening after lockdown. Ellie understood my problem hairline, and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it, with a simple "rough dry" as requested rather than a formal blow dry which I can never replicate!
