Possibly my worst haircut ever. It's two inches longer on one side and she didn't put layers in like I asked. The mirror she used to show me the back was so small and dark I couldn't really see. I also was charged £20 when it says a wet haircut is £19.

This is the second time Ellie has done my hair and both times I have been really happy. Ellie is really talented and understood exactly what I wanted. The salon is taking lots of precautions to ensure the safety of the customers and staff. See you again soon!
