This is the second time Ellie has done my hair and both times I have been really happy. Ellie is really talented and understood exactly what I wanted. The salon is taking lots of precautions to ensure the safety of the customers and staff. See you again soon!

Lovely experience on a very last minute appointment

Not very happy with the overall experience. I had very little roots when I went there (one cm at most) and, even though I specifically requested not to end up with yellow roots, by the time I arrived home and my hair fully dried (it was almost completely wet when I left the salon) I could see that my freshly bleached roots were basically orange. The bleach was definitely left on for too short, it was only left for half an hour even if I had mentioned to the lady who did my hair that the bleach is usually left on my roots for at least one hour. I will now be forced to go and have my hair fixed sooner than usual as it looks even worse now that the toner is fading. I am very sorry but I don't think I will be returning to this salon.

Jaqueline was really welcoming and friendly. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair and she suggested a few things and I love it. It’s something completely different to what I would normally have done. Thanks
