I was very pleased with my visit to Jacqueline's hair salon. I was the last cut of the day and it was very neat and clean with a nice atmosphere. I was pleased with the cut and style which was very suitable for the party I was going to. I went out feeling great.

Booked through Treatwell for same day apt. Called the salon to confirm the booking as I hadn’t been there before & it wasn’t walking distance so also wanted to ask about options for parking nearby. There was no answer so I left a voicemail requesting a call back, never received a response so didn’t attend the apt as had no way of knowing that they had received it or were even open. Pls ignore my star ratings- I wasn’t allowed to post without filling these out. Had been looking forward to my apt but was disappointed.
