I have been going to see Hannah at Retreat at Czaro for many sessions for the shoulder pain I have been having since giving birth. Hannah's massage techniques are very good and each time I felt so much better.
Hannah and Jade at The Retreat at Czaro are both great. I was booked in for a last minute massage on 21st December, and it was the best start to the Christmas holidays.
The spa is really relaxing, the girls are friendly and welcoming, and best of all the treatment was great - really good pressure on the massage and she undid some of my horrible shoulder knots.
Would thoroughly recommend them!
I went to have my manicure done at the Retreat at Czaro last Saturday.
I found the venue on Wahanda and decided to go there because all the reviews were amazing and I wanted to check it out myself.
It didn't start in the best way though: I had my appointment booked at 4pm, I arrived there at about 345pm, the therapist was with another client and she told me to come back after half an hour, and so I did. Nevertheless, I had to wait until 430pm to be treated, but the therapist apologised and said she was running late because one of her previous clients had arrived late and as a consequence all the appointments had been moved forward, so it was not her fault.
I had a Gelish manicure on from a previous manicure and the therapist charged me £10 to remove it, but never mind - I was expecting some kind of charge, as it is not the first time I have been charged to have the previous gel polish soaked off.
The therapist, Jade, is very friendly and chatty and really professional - you can see she loves and is proud of her job - and that always helps a client to trust the therapist.
Before starting my treatment she showed me the colours she had available - unfortunately I was looking for some kind of pale7natural colour which she didn't have on the wheel, but she showed me a polish she had in a draw that was more or less what I was looking for, and I went for it.
The manicure went very well, and I am very happy with the final result: the shape, the colour, and the fact that even after one week, my nails are as good as they have just been done - no scratches, no polish coming off, and I have to admit this is the first time this happens.
If I have a small complaint to make, is that I wish she'd had more colours on the wheel to choose from, maybe something natural or pale like she showed me when I asked her what I was looking for.
In conclusion, I am very happy with Jade and the overall treatment, and I will definitely come back to see her, for other types of treatment as well.

I had my gel nails done yesterday. What an experience and lovely therapist!!! Jade made me feel like a princess and the final result was amazing! Nice, smooth nails that were treated with lots of care.
I recomend it to everyone out there!!
