I had a facial with Hannah and consider it to be one of the best facials I've had. The facilities are quite modest, in the basement of a hair salon, but its chic and comfortable. Hannah was super friendly and spent a while analysing my skin and giving me advice. I felt great afterwards and would definitely go back.
Small place, but very friendly staff. They use Essie nail polish in a huge range of colours.
I had the express mani pedi, and was finished in about 30 minutes. Excellent finish.

5* - Highly recommend the nails service here. I've been having gels for a couple of years and this is one of the best sets to date. The therapist clearly loves what she does and enjoys meeting people, which made the whole experience very pleasant. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been to Hannah twice for a hollywood wax, and will continue to go to The Retreat from now on. The wax was quick and about as pain free as a hollywood gets! Hannah is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
