As I type this, I am still admiring my gel nails which look fantastic. Jade did a fantastic job and I will be back before Xmas to get some Dorothy red glittery nails that I saw another customer have which also looked amazing. The location of this place is great if you are in town and the value is amazing. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and will be returning.
arrive at the venue late....hence i only got half of the treatment done.
I requested if i could come back later, but the therapist went on very mad at me saying that she is a perfectionist and that she hates to have to rush ....bla bla bla and that because of me her whole day was going to be stressful...
which i believe wasn't really customer service appropriate, especially went the time came to leave the facility, still no one had shown up for the next appointment....although she pretended to have someone coming just after me and being so busy.
The job was ok though and she came down by the end of the treatment...but didn't leave me with the best experience!
When I asked to have the pedicure that was part of the offer, she said that I would have to pay another £35.
I may have gone back to the venue if I hadn't felt so attacked...luckily her colleague came during the treatment and tried to cheer up the atmospher.
Not recommended for a relaxing treatment!

I am so pleased to have found this place! I first went to have my shellac / gel nails done by Jade in September and she was so friendly, professional and she is excellent at what she does. She is a perfectionist and left my nails looking amazing. The salon is downstairs in the basement of a hair salon. It's a lovely set up with cute kitsch cushions and white wicker furniture. I went back a month later to have a shellac / gel manicure and pedicure before a friend's wedding and the manicure lasted 4.5 weeks in the sense that the nail regrowth meant that I had to have the nails done again. I go climbing and do plenty of housework and the nails did not chip or mark and remained glossy and amazing. My pedicure still has a week or so of life in it! I was there again last week to have my gel manicure again and am so pleased with it. I have had so many compliments on my nails since having them done by Jade. I have been to other salons before which do shellac / gel nails and they rush you in and rush you out again and the nails just don't last. Jade makes you feel like a truly valued customer. If you leave a message on her voicemail she will always call back. I will be back again and again.
Lovely, friendly, professional staff. The lady who did my nails knew what she was up to and was very skilled.
Small but well-decorated and ambient salon that was comfortable and easy to find.
I would highly recommend this place for a well-done, long-lasting manicure
My nails look amazing and I fear addiction to Jade's gel nail treatment :) Really friendly and already recommended to my mates and booked my next app!
