When i arrived the staff welcomed me and the Nails Technician immediately suggested some colours which would suit me. Then I went for a massage and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely a great experince and I will definitely go back.
I was given a voucher for a choice of facial or full body massage plus mini manicure for my bday. I decided to book on my day off work. The staff were really friendly from the moment I walked in. The room where I had my massage was small but really relaxing and the therapist made me feel at ease. She asked about my needs and any special areas of attention she should concentrate on. The massage was very relaxing - I almost fell asleep. I felt really refreshed - I definitely recommend:)
I then had a mini manicure which was the perfect end to my treatment there. The manicurist took her time in showing me the colours and was helpful at helping me choose.
Overall I felt very looked after and relaxed when I left which was amazing. I will definitely be going back!
I went for a 60 min massage and 30 minute manicure. Booking was easy and I was able to get the time I wanted. The Massage therapist was the one that greeted me and I did not have to wait. The place is functional, comfortable and clean but small. The massage Room was very pleasant with low lights and music and the therapist very good (I had a deep tissue massage).. The manicure was basic (that's what I bought) but good and the lady that gave it to me very nice. Location is central and easy to find. Overall an extremely good value for the price I paid.
My friend and I went to The Retreat for a full body massage and mini manicure. The two staff members were very welcoming and attentive. Both treatments were excellent especially the massage
which I could feel the benefit of for the next few days.
I enjoyed my visit to this salon just off Oxford Street and found the staff to be friendly and efficient. I was given detailed advice on how to look after my cuticles and the gel manicure was quick and professional. There was also a good range of colors to choose from and my nails looked a lot better when I left the salon. It did seem extremely busy but the staff were friendly. I had a very good shoulder and back massage and would recommend this salon for both treatments - the only reservation being that it was not as calming and relaxing as some salons I have visited due to the staff being rushed but that may have been because it was a Monday and they were catching up and had a lot of clients.
