I went to the Retreat for a 30 min express manicure and would definitely recommend it. The nail technician Jade is very experienced and - being the joint owner of the salon - I felt she really made an extra effort. The salon has only been open 4 months but already seems very popular - you need to book ahead! This is a great find just 5 mins from Oxford Circus tube but prices are reasonable. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. Want to try a facial next!
I booked the facial and mini manicure deal and was so impressed with the salon itself and the service. The salon is lovely, really beautifully decorated and clean. The therapists are so friendly, Hannah who did my facial was fantastic and gave a great neck massage - I felt very relaxed afterwards and could have stayed there for another hour! I would highly recommend this salon.
I arrived at the salon and the therapist was very welcoming. I did get the feeling that she was rushing with my manicure. I would have preferred more of a manicure as the 45 mins was spent doing the gel polish. My advice would be to add another 15 minutes to the treatment to make it more of a treatment. Overall, I'm happy with my nails.

My mom came over from South Africa to visit me and i brought her here for a massage and manicure as she never gets treated or treats herself so i wanted it to be great, and it really was! The staff were so friendly and helpful - they asked questions about what WE wanted and we were both very impressed. I even got my hair cut upstairs afterwards as i was offered a 50% discount for it by the lovely girls who treated us! Would definately go again!
