I was very happy with the value and quality of these treatments, and will certainly be back. The facilities are clean and relaxing, and the staff very friendly. My voucher was for mini mani and massage for a great price, and I purchased an additional pedicure whilst there. The session was a good length and I enjoyed the experience.
The Retreat at Czaro is a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus in the basement of a hairdessers. The salon is really lovely, clean, bright and relaxing.
I have poor circulation so asked Hannah for a strong massage, her size belies the strength in her hands - wow - the massage was amazing. Felt so much better afterwards. Wish it could have been longer than 60 minutes.
Jade finished off my visit with a mini manicure, in a brilliant sparkly pink. It's lasted 4 days so far which is a bit of a record!
Would highly recommend The Retreat at Czaro and will definiitely be back. Great value and a pleasure to visit.
Jade was fantastic, so friendly and my nails look great! Well recommended! This is the 2nd time i've had my nails done here and the first time they lasted near enough a week - longest i've ever had! It's day two now and not one chip!
I had to wear boots after my pedicure so Jade even wrapped my toes in clingfilm to stop them from smudging! That's what you call customer care! :-)
welcoming staff. great massage therapist Alexi. She managed to work the deep knots in my shoulders.
i would consider returning to the venue once more if the deals offered were good value.
