The salon had a great ambience and I felt so relaxed throughout! I would definitely recommend a visit and I'll certainly be returning.

I would truly recommend this place both for massage and manicure. The service was professional, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere cosy! There are a multitude of facilities and I am looking forward to try them and see whether they are as good as the ones I've already experienced at Czaro. Plus, the location is very convenient!
The 2 ladies running this place are lovely, and very eager to make your experience a relaxing and fun one. My only comment is that the walls are too thin and you can hear everything outside the room when you are getting your massage done, but it's not a big issue. My experience was lovely and I would highly recommend them!
Hannah and Jade are so so friendly and welcoming and I want to let everyone know how fantastic this place is.
I've had many massages over the years but Hannah's was one of the best. She was firm but not painful which is tricky to achieve, and I was almost asleep by the end which is a sign of a great massage.
Then Jade did my nails and without question it was the best manicure I'd ever had. It lasted almost two weeks before she repainted my nails- an ever better finish than the first time. Its now a week later and the polish still looks almost perfect.
I've also got future treatments booked and highly recommend that anyone who reads this visits The Retreat at Czaro becuase you won't be disappointed!
I bought a voucher deal from wahanda for a facial and manicure - Both Hannah and Jade were super friendly and professional. I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked in, and the treatments were amazing and well worth the money. Hannah was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had about my skin type. She also gave me free samples to try as well which was something I was very grateful for - as normally whenever I attempt to ask a facial therapist anything about my skin they often pressure me into paying for a consultation and into buying the products they offer.
I will definately be returning to purchase more treatments there. overall - amazing customer service and very skilled technicians ! 5*s
