I never ever complain, but after crying all the way home I think I'd better leave a review. All I asked for was an inch off my hair and I came out with the shortest of bobs. After getting home I've realised that it is all different lengths, completely uneven. Probably because it was in a dark room with the blinds closed. Jade was very sweet but the haircut itself is awful. I've cried plenty of times since as I now hardly have any hair left and what I do have is all over the place and different lengths.

Jade did a wonderful job washing, cutting and blow drying my hair. She is very bubbly and has a lot of knowledge. I will definitely go back.
