I had an hours hot stone massaged booked, but the stones were used for around 3 minutes and just rolled up and down my back, so I paid more for a massage, that I didn’t even have.
I had tension and knotted muscles, but no individual treatment was given to these areas, it seemed the therapist was just sticking to a routine.
I turned up 15 minutes early, to fill out forms, the therapist was 10 minutes late and finished my massage before the hour was up.

Thats why i keep retuning.
The atmosphere was lovely. The place was very clean. The therapist made us comfortable. When the steamer stopped working she explained to us and offered extra foot soak as some time was wasted. Only thing the product is sold as neck and shoulder massage but it was mainly shoulder and arm massage so a bit more work around the neck would have been great
