The hand held steamer was rubbish and my own face steamer does a great job. Codi is the facial therapist and kept apologising instead of offering another facial or refund... she said she didnt have time to set up the upright steamer. I have a 75 min x 2 pamper day in October, hope doesn't affect my recent experience review.
