Venue could do with a freshen up and modernisation. In comparison to most salons that charge similar prices it came across quite dated. I agree with a fellow reviewer that some music in the background would be nice, rather than the blaring television. My hairdresser was friendly and made sure to ask me exactly how much i wanted off. I only had a trim to freshen up the ends, but wouldn't feel comfortable going there to have a re-style.
All good, good service, polite lady hairdresser, she did a very good job, only thing is loud tv in background a
They were great and very accommodating and perfectly located for a quick lunchtime blow dry. I definitely plan on stopping by in the near future.
Ambience: Very quiet, TV in background. Maybe they should play music in background. Staff: My stylist was friendly and left me to read my magazines while she dried my hair which I preferred after a long day at work. Cleanliness: Clean, neat. Value: Great value Blow dry: She blow dried it exactly how I wanted it and took her time with each section of my hair.
Pleasant welcome by the staff, although I was left a bit confused when they didn't give me clear instructions how to use the tanning booth. It turned out I was just being dumb and it was really straightforward (lol). The tanning booth isn't state of the art but it does its job well. Price is fantastic for central London.
