I went for a Wash and a Hair cut and Eddie did a great job at adding some volume into my hair and making it look fresh again! Very friendly and clean salon! Will definitely be back!

I booked balayage with one of the salon’s ‘last minute’ deals - booked that morning for an after work appointment. I’d actually cancelled at another place after reading bad reviews and booked at Jads on a whim. I’m so glad I did - Eddie was great! My hair is super thick and long and was a total outgrown mess. He managed to lift the colour to bright blonde, whilst still looking natural. He also curled it beautifully. Thanks Eddie!!

I looked for a quick same day trim in a salon near my work so I didn’t look for anything posh but this salon is absolutely terrible. It looks like a barber shop and is not women friendly at all despite the services offered. The hair towel looked tired and I hope it was clean. The comb and hair brush didn’t look like they came from a sanitised pouch like all other salons I’ve been to in the past year. There was hair on the floor and lots of it gathered in a corner of the salon. Bad!
I am disappointed. I booked an appointment with a stylist-Jads, however at the venue I wasn't treated by Jads and I wasn't given any explanation.
I had a wash, cut, blow-dry and a treatment by Eddie, who did a great job overall.
