Salon was easy to find and all staff were friendly. My hairdresser came to apologise but said he was running a bit late (acceptable in the current climate). He was about 30 minutes late. Great hair cut and blow dry/style afterwards. He followed my instructions and I left with a wonderful hair cut. Will return again.
I went on the busiest day (12 April) but I was seen on time; Elena got straight to washing/cutting my hair. The cut was exactly what I wanted, not too short. Elena was friendly and efficient.

What makes a hairdresser say things like "I don't believe men can be faithful after 10 years of relationship", "Sometimes you wake up, look at the person near you and say "what the f... am I paying for?" I felt so uncomfortable listening to this—it was like having to read someone's obscure tweets and not being able to mute that person. I don't want to listen to this, I just want my haircut, ffs!
P.S. The haircut was bad too.
I had previously been going to a hairdressers which charged double what Jad’s does and I much prefer my haircut from Jad’s! This has been my favourite haircut I’ve had in a long time I will definitely be back!
