Jaga was great, so helpful and explained everything. The lashes looked amazing when she finished. However, they fell off after a about a week even though I followed all of the care instructions and was really careful! The ones on the left side fell off at a faster rate which left me looking weird. I was gutted about this as all the other reviews are fantastic. Maybe it was just a one off or that my eyes don't suit them.
