I hadn't had my hair cut in about 3 years; I'm terrible with hair, so I couldn't really say what I wanted other than "far shorter than this and easy to take care of". Jair did a wonderful, very efficient job: I was on my way home half an hour later with the perfect haircut I hadn't known I wanted. I haven't stopped grinning at my reflection since: thank you!
