Worst waxing experience I have ever had. I arrived with hair and left with blood. It was far too expensive for a strip wax. Staff only speaks Spanish. They also don't take card. I was in pain for days.

Friendly staff and a lovely relaxing manicure which looked absolutely beautiful! I walked away very happy. The only sad thing was all the polish peeled off the next day! I think because moisturiser was left on the nails before painting. Such a shame as it was a beautiful manicure.

I couldn't be happier - this was the most thorough pedicure I've ever had and my toes and feet still look immaculate over a week later. The technician was extremely detail-focused so my feet and my hands look perfect.
I thought it was a bit far from Waterloo after I booked but it's actually only a few minutes walk. Beauty treatments are cash only, but there is a cash machine across the road.
Lovely people, very nice welcome and I'd highly recommend the mani's and pedi's.
