I had a wax by Sandra which was very good! She was very personable and put me at ease with her friendly nature. I would recommend the waxing. I've given 4 rather than 5 stars purely because the treatment started late and I was a bit rushed for time, however she was very apologetic.

Jair is a really friendly and efficient place, and they do a range of treatments so you could have hair, nails and waxing all in a lunchbreak.

The stylist didn't speak any English at all which made communication rather tricky. However her manager was around to help translating some of the time. She cut and coloured my hair very well.
