I'm really disappointed by the service. I booked the appointment but when i arrived there the shop was closed. I would have expected the website had a better control on opening days and didn't allow to book an appointment if the shop is closed. It was a waste of money (had to take two trains to get there), and i'm just glad i didn't pay in advance a service i didn't receive at all. I don't feel like trusting this site anymore. Less than one star.
Ladies' Haircuts
I booked this last minute as a result of another hairdresser letting me down (not from Wahanda). I was really impressed with the ease of the process, and am happy with the result of my highlights. I will go back here. Thank you.

My experince my very good - the staff were very friendly considering I turned up for my appointment on the wrong day. The sunbeds are within a single booth and seemed strong however as it was it one unit it did get a little too hot.

Great haircut, very efficient and nice staff. Hairdresser listened to just what I wanted.
