Disappointing. This is the second time I've been here - the first time I didn't really get what I asked for, but it looked good so I was happy. This is the second time and I went because it is good value for money and local to my work. I showed a picture of what I wanted and what I ended up with was nothing like it at all. Again at the time, I thought it looked ok but it wasn't until I got home and washed and styled it myself I realised it was a poor job. I'd asked for a long graduated bob, where it was above shoulder length at the back and longer at the front. Mine is the same all the way round, in fact it's a bit uneven at the front. And the back looks terrible - no layering at all (fairly important for a bob). I'm quite upset and not sure what to do with it now, as it's shorter than I wanted so guess I'll just have to put up with it for a few months! What a shame.

It was my 2nd time here.V.nice staff great highlights but the extra service for a blow dry i paid for was a bit too much
Hair Colouring
My experience in saloon was unexpected! Although I was really afraid for the first time of my visit, everything was great, my color perfect. Thank you!
Unfortunately for the manager his staff is not great at all. There was a complete lack of attention to my hair and was left for over an hour with bleach on my head and i had to ask for someone to check it! Once it was washed off it was much lighter than the rest of my hair and asked the manager to rectify this which he done with a toner. The girl who done my hair did not make any conversation and left me to attend to 2 other clients whilst not checking the colour of my hair!! I ended up in the salon for 3 hours!!!!! All for a simple T section (as none of the back of my hair had been touched either) that went wrong and had to be sorted by the manager.
