Sandra is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She is a good waxer and gets the job done thoroughly. I would recommend, and I will be visiting again.
It's a real shame that in London there is such a vast discrepancy with Brazilian waxing. This was by no means the worst, but I've definitely had better, especially for the price. First of all, the brazilian here is not taking everything off underneath. I've had A LOT of brazilian waxes in my time, and it has ALWAYS involved taking everything off underneath, and just leaving the strip at the top. Apparently that's a hollywood here.. but that would have cost me an extra £12. Secondly, I've been sore ever since - rather than applying the wax and ripping if off in one, it was like she was ripping it off in small sections, but just going over the same piece of skin.. thus why I'm feeling a little sore. Thirdly the lady (who was lovely by the way) was wearing gloves - great for hygiene purposes but they kept sticking to me while she was waxing. So I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back. I'll just make the effort to visit my normal place which costs £18 - just not that convenient when I'm at work.
I booked a shellac manicure because of a special event over the weekend - my therapist was lovely and we had a nice chat while she did an excellent job on my hands. The salon isn't much, but staff were lovely and I would go back.
