Staff all seemed friendly, did a good job of painting my nails and the pedicure was fine, although did not remove all skin that needed to be. Beautician forgot to tell me it was a massage chair until the end of the treatment so I didn't get to use it. The pedi-spa is in the open where the hair dressing services are offered which is not ideal.

I left the salon with my hair exactly how I wanted it. Something that has not happened for a long while. When I arrived I was able to look through some hairdressing books and point out what I had in mind. My hairdresser was exceedingly pleasant but didn't speak much English - I actually found this very relaxing and was able to catch up on magazines while she put in the lowlights. Most importantly she was a marvellous hairdresser - the highlights, styling and blow-drying were perfect. I was so pleased that before leaving I booked my next appointment!
