My 30 minute treatment took an hour, but I'm not sure why. Otherwise, service and staff were spot on as usual
Quick, efficient, Lauren was really pleasant and made me feel v welcome. Would come again!
Worst wax of my life! Left with hairs and brushing staff clearly not trained and on top of that the towels I was laying on we're filthy and so was the wax pot! very unhygienic and poor treatment. Also not impressed the owners dog was running round and barking and jumping at me! Would not recommend or be returning.
One of the worst waxing experiences of my life! I booked hot wax for my brazilian and it seemed that the girl had not the slightest clue let alone experience in using hot wax. Why didn't she just tell me? She was PICKING at the wax to then rip it off - and that without even holding the skin taut! Never before have I actually shouted in pain at any waxing!! Other beauticians may be better, but if they are not even ensuring all of their staff are trained...
Definitely never going back there.
I'm somewhat perplexed by the level of disorganisation.
Firstly my appointment time was changed to an hour later. When I arriving at the new time I was told the that staff are fully booked even though no one was in the shop. They said that they might be able to fit me in at 1.30.
After leaving Twickenham they called to say that there's been a 'cancellation'. At this point I decline given the challenges.
And now I've just received an email stating that I didn't confirm the booking.. I responded with the confirmation from the previous day.. Absolute chaos!
