always friendly and polite....completely professional and prompt with any queries. Definitely would like to try a few more treatments here.
The treatment itself and the lady who did it for me were all brilliant. The only thing I would comment on was that for some reason she couldn't tell I had paid with the app and even when I showed her the confirmation of payment I was made to wait at the reflection desk until another lady walked in. It made me feel pretty awkward and it wasn't very welcoming- so I won't be going back. Otherwise fantastic, so a real shame it ended the way it did!
A lovely calm atmosphere and peaceful beauty room! Therapist asked me on focus areas and gave me an amazing massage!
I would recommend this place to a friend and will be going back again for another treatment soon!
The face steamer was broken which was a shame, also wasn't overwhelmed with the therapist's customer service but would still go back to an alternative consult.
