First time was going for a facial with my boyfriend. We never had facials before.
We were greeted by a very pleasant and cheerful receptionist.
The therapists went through our treatments first and explained the procedures.
Extremely relaxing in a great room environment. Our skins feel much better and smoother already.
I will use this salon for my other treatments as well from now on.
We both had a great facial and will definitely re book for our next appointment.

I went to Beyond Skin because the salon I usually go to in Richmond (Smile Studios) had closed. I went to get my eyebrows threaded. Firstly, the therapist started applying wax to my eyebrows - even though I had specifically requested threading. Then the actual threading itself was very bad, the therapist was pressing into my forehead and face, as though she had never done threading before. I've had my eyebrows threaded a few times, and this was by-far my worst experience! I don't think I'd ever go back there again. The staff clearly do not know what they're doing, I definitely won't be going back any time soon.
