I had no problems with the service. However I had booked with Annie and would have appreciated being made aware that she was not going to be available. I am used to Annie and like the way she does her massages. Charlotte’s massage was satisfactory. I not going to fault her. However, I had to ask for the background music which I thought was standard during a masssge and also I found that she concentrated on certain areas (i.e the back) far too long for a full body massage.
