Arrived at Salon & was immediately asked by Hayley if she could help. She very quickly found my appointment, confirmed all the details were correct and then I was shown immediatley to the treatment room. Throughout the process I was asked if I was comfortable etc.. Hayley is very professional, friendly and I was totally at ease throughout. It's my first treatment here but it won't be my last.

Beautician was great and a very relaxing facial. Would've liked more attention on extraction as skin is still bumpy but generally good facial.
