I'm somewhat perplexed by the level of disorganisation.
Firstly my appointment time was changed to an hour later. When I arriving at the new time I was told the that staff are fully booked even though no one was in the shop. They said that they might be able to fit me in at 1.30.
After leaving Twickenham they called to say that there's been a 'cancellation'. At this point I decline given the challenges.
And now I've just received an email stating that I didn't confirm the booking.. I responded with the confirmation from the previous day.. Absolute chaos!
