Lovely massage from Charlotte, a great first experience of a hot stone massage, lovely spa and room, great attention to problem areas and very friendly service.
although I could hear the washing machine throughout the treatment.
Clean a bit chilly. My fingers we're cold. Maybe a warm blanket and an extra few minutes to relax would end the treatment better. This is my honest remark
The massage was very pleasant, the masseuse applied a very nice strong pressure but there were a couple of elements that could be improved: she didn't ensure that I was correctly positioned on the couch and she didn't cover my underwear with the towel for the whole duration of the massage which is unusual.
Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful massage and best facial I have ever had. Definitely recommend the facial
