Honestly I don't much like to write reviews, but I had to for this one. It was terrible from start to finish - from the cold water used to wash my hair, to 5 rounds of shampooing I had to suffer through as she scratched me all over with her nails to the water and shampoo in my eyes... then the terrible hair cut (even though I was just trimming)... and not to mention I had booked a big bouncy blow-dry but walked out of there looking like a dog had licked my hair down. Traumatizing experience!!
Annie was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. Look forward to my next facial ;)
