Had a crick in my neck a couple of days ago. Jaks is so close to my place so I felt like I should give it a go. And it was the best decision ever! So professional, friendly and the pain in my neck and shoulder is GONE! Highly recommended!
Hayley was lovely, very personable and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She did a very thorough job with the wax.
The two ladies that did me and my partners facials were amazing and really made up for the bad experience I had previously! The face and head massage was so relaxing, and my lash lift and brows came out perfectly, the other lady gave my partner lots of great advice and conversation too, very talented guys. Thank you!
The other treatments here were amazing but unfortunately my hair was ruined, I asked for a layered fringe and it was cut way above my eyebrows in one sweep & just looked really bad like a bowl hair cut, my hair takes really long to grow so this broke my heart and I cried when I left the salon! And unfortunately my hair was not blow dried or styled properly after either, there was no sectioning or a head massage which I paid for included in the service. Lashes & brows, massage are perfect though
Nelum was very nice and friendly. My hair is nice and healthy now. I totally recommend her work.
My only issue was with the promo. When I booked via Treatwell, it didn’t specify the haircut had to be only trim. When I first arrived, as soon as the receptionist saw my name on the list she asked if I wanted just a trim. I said yes, but I was open for suggestions. When Nelum arrived and asked how I wanted my hair, the same lady insisted I wanted just a trim. I felt like I had no choice.
