The venue was very different from its pictures, not unpleasant, just not as nice as advertised. There was no reception or anyone to greet us and explain the process when we went in. The staff, when they did appear, were friendly enough; and we were seen early which was great. The room was nice and warm (almost a little too warm) but they only had the option of one Masseuse and though I was alright having a male do the procedure, it was slightly uncomfortable - though he was very capable.

When i went into the treatment room it was such a relaxing vibe. Soft music, warm lighting and warm. Hayley was absolutely brilliant in every way. Professional and simply great at what she does. Will definitely go back.
