I arrived on time but it took a while for my appointment to start. I wasn't told why or for how long I was to wait. However, my hairdresser Clara was very good and did a great job, also providing good advice.

Lovely quick facial, a bit of extraction which I really needed, good value for 30 mins., though next time I'd go for a longer one.
