The environment wasn't bad and the team was nice, they made an effort to pleased me but if you know what a balayage is don't go to this salon. I booked for a balayage and I was clear about what I wanted, medium brow hair and gradually become lighter in caramel tones. She didn't discussed any colours or showed me a catalogue, not even a briefly consultation. When she came back she was already prepared the hair colour. She used foils like in normal highlights with zig zag techniques. Soon I realize that my roots were too dark and the supposed caramel was completely blonde. To be honest I didn't showed a big desappointement because they were saying all the time that my hair was beautiful exactly like the photo that I showed...I just realize the damage when I got home and looked properly to the mirror! I had to fix my hair in another salon. If you want a good job make sure that the hairdresser has the proper skills to do it, such as a colourist, or if not, at least someone honest to admit and give you another options.
