the second i walked in i was met with a warm welcome and offered to sit down to talk about what i would like done.
I made it clear that i was uncomfortable due to not knowing what i wanted and that i was generally nervous - i was instantly reassured and walked through the options.
James himself in my opinion was perfect, didn’t force any conversation, i was never made to feel uncomfortable, and the thing i appreciated most was the explanation behind every decision in the cut.
